There are three ways to join Manitoba ASCD:

  1. When you join the International ASCD (head offices in Alexandria VA) you may also opt at that time to join our Manitoba Affiliate ASCD. This is done in American funds. Our membership secretary receives this information from head office along with your membership renewal date, and you are then included on our membership list.
  2. You may join our Manitoba ASCD directly by completing a membership registration form and forwarding it to our membership secretary along with a $30.00 cheque.
  3. You may fill in the PayPal form at the bottom of the page. The secretary will contact you when the process is complete and may ask for additional information.

When your membership requires renewal, whether you joined Manitoba ASCD through the International Office or locally, you will get a reminder from us. It is your decision whether to renew locally or internationally.

By being a member of Manitoba ASCD you are entitled to:

  • Reduced provincial conference costs for members
  • Access to the information networks of ASCD (e.g. Dimensions of Learning, Multiple Intelligence)
  • Affiliate newsletters
  • Featured speakers and presentations at general meetings
